REGISTRATION:

A NON REFUNDABLE Registration fee is required: $50.00 per child Registration fee is payable at registration.

BOOK FEE:

A NON REFUNDABLE Book fee per child, per school year is as follows: 3yr old   $70.00 4yr old   $90.00 Kindergarten   $145.00 1st. Grade   $340.00 2nd Grade   $340.00 3rd. Grade   $340.00 4th. Grade         $340.00 5th Grade          $340.00 May be paid in two equal payments - The first half is due at registration

TUITION for Day School:

3 & 4 yr old - $2100.00 per year, $210.00 per month  Kindergarten -- 5th grade. - $2450.00 per year, $245.00 per month  Payments may be paid in ten (10) equal payments  A Late fee of $30.00 applied for each late payment. TUITION IS NON REFUNDABLE

DISCIPLINE:

Effective classroom discipline is essential to a good learning environment. To maintain such an environment, we expect students to conduct themselves appropriately. Certain behavior is unacceptable and cannot be allowed. The teacher is responsible for maintaining appropriate classroom behavior.

DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS:

First Time Redirection ( focus from the non-desired behavior will be directed to other things.) Second Time Time Out ( Child will sit away from other children 1 minute for each year of age.) Third Time Parents will be called Fourth Time   Students will be taken to Director's Office for spanking. * See Note below*

Fifth Time          Student will no longer be allowed to come to class

* NOTE*

All parents will be notified in writing of our spanking policy. Parent or legal guardian must sign the form stating they have received our policy. If a parent chooses for their child to be exempt from spanking, they may express this on the consent form. No student will be spanked unless a parent has given written permission. verbal permission is not acceptable. 

Steps 1 - 3 may be skipped if student behavior warrents such action. This will be determined by the Director.

  SPANKING PROCEDURES

Spanking will only be conducted by the Director

A teacher or other staff member will witness the spanking

Will be conducted in private

A note will be sent home to notify parent/guarding of spanking. This note must be signed and returned the following day.

If a parent has choosen for the student to exempt spanking, parent will be called to take the student home for the day.

COST FOR DAY CARE

The cost listed here in this section are for "Day Care" only Age Range Per Year Per Month 3 & 4 yr old $1350.00 $135.00 k - 5th. $1100.00 $110.00 Payments may be paid in ten (10) equal payments  Part Time Day Care is offered at a cost of $15.00 per child, per day. Part-time day care payable same day services are rendered. RATES APPLY WHETHER CHILD IS PRESENT OR ABSENT

DRESS CODE:

This is a Christian Day School. Children are requested not to wear clothing with questionable messages, symbols, or pictures, etc. Shorts are permitted but must be no more than 3 - inches above the knee. During colder weather, please provide coats, hats, etc. because the children play outside daily. Also, please send a seasonal change of clothes for pre-school children in case of accidents.

OBJECTIVE:

By providing excellent staff, programs and facilities for weekday education and child care we seek to : Provide a safe, warm and loving environment. Prepare them for school through education, spiritual nurture and personal discipline. Build a Christ like character helping each child find his/her purpose as a faithful follower of Jesus Christ.
